Reports
View the past 60 days of sessions in Reports, filter by mode and live room, export a session to Excel, and use the Ranking Archive to carry the last session's anchors and totals into a new one.
What Reports shows
Click Reports at the top. It lists the sessions from every live room on your account over the past 60 days, one session per row. Switching to another preset on Home ends the current session first, so you may see several rows for the same day.
Each row shows, from left to right:
- Mode: the mode name, with the preset name in small text below it.
- Collection time: the start time; the second line shows the end time and duration, or Running / Idle if the session hasn't ended.
- Room: the live room's TikTok username.
- Gifts and diamonds: the number of gifts and diamonds in that session. Diamonds are shortened like 36.6K; hover over them to see the full number.
- Actions: the download button that exports this session to Excel.
Above the list, the Diamond Trend bar chart shows the diamonds of the most recent sessions (up to 8) that match your current filters, with the highest one in gold. The bottom of the list notes Last 60 days only.
Filtering and search
- All modes: show only one mode.
- All rooms: show only one live room.
- Search rooms: search by live room name.
- Refresh at the top-right: reload the list. Click it if a session that just ended hasn't appeared.
Exporting to Excel
Click the download button on a row and choose where to save. The default file name is built from the start time, mode name and preset name, in .xlsx format, so it opens in Excel or WPS. Sessions that are still running can be exported too; you get the data up to the moment of export.
- Times in the file use your computer's time zone.
- Headers and text follow the client's current interface language. For a report in another language, switch the language in settings first, then export.
Each report contains these sheets (names as they appear in English):
| Sheet | Contents |
|---|---|
| Summary | Basic information (room, preset name, mode, start and end time, live duration), statistics (actual rounds, unique gifters, total gifts, total diamonds, assigned and unassigned gifts and diamonds, vote adjustment count, net vote adjustment, final total score) and leaders (top anchor, top gifter) |
| Gift Records | Every gift: time, round, anchor nickname, giver nickname, user level, binding, gift name, quantity, unit diamonds, total diamonds, assignment process |
| Mode sheet | Depends on the mode: Round Performance for Free Mode and Solo Mode (each round's anchor, gift score, vote adjustment score, final score, target reached); PK Duel for PK Mode (each round's defender and attacker anchors and scores, winner); Multi PK for Multi PK and Sticker Report for Sticker Mode (each anchor's score per round) |
| Anchor Ranking | Anchors ranked by adjusted score, with gift score, gift count and vote adjustment score |
| User Ranking | Gifters ranked by how much they gave during rounds, with user level and user ID |
| Unassigned | Gifts that weren't credited to any anchor |
| Vote Adjustments | Every ticket adjustment: time, round, anchor nickname and amount |
A few notes:
- In Gift Records and Unassigned, a
/in the Round column means the gift arrived outside a round and doesn't count toward anchor scores. For the attribution and adjustment rules, see Anchors and Gift Attribution. - Sessions with interactive votes get an extra Interactive Votes entry in Summary and Round Performance, and extra Comments and Likes columns in Anchor Ranking.
- User Level is left blank when the gifter has no level badge.
Ranking Archive: carry the last session forward
If one group stream is split into several parts, or you switch modes, and you want anchors to keep building on the previous session's totals, use the Ranking Archive.
- On Home, click History at the right end of the preset tab bar (a small dot lights up when there's a new archive).
- Ranking Archive lists the recent sessions of the current live room (Only the latest 30 ranking archives are kept). Each card shows the preset name, mode, time, number of anchors, gift total, number of gifters and each anchor's total. Use Search preset or streamer to find one.
- Select a session. The bottom shows which preset it will load into (the one currently selected on Home), plus the number of anchors and the total being carried over. If some anchors aren't in your Anchor Library, it notes how many will be added automatically.
- Click Load.
After loading:
- The session's anchors are merged into the current preset; anyone not in the Anchor Library is created automatically by name. You can load an archive into a preset of a different mode.
- Each anchor's total is carried over as a ticket adjustment when the next round starts, labeled Carried over from ranking archive in the adjustment history. Carried-over points only add to anchor totals and don't affect the new round's progress or result.
- If the current preset doesn't keep scores, you'll see "This preset doesn’t keep scores, so only streamers are loaded".
- If a session is still in progress, you'll be told that loading ends it first, and a new session with these totals starts at the next round.
When a session's totals came from an earlier session, Carried over from the previous session appears between the two cards so you can see the chain.
FAQ
How do diamonds relate to coins? The diamond figure in reports is the gift price (the coin amount shown in the client's gift list) multiplied by the quantity.
A session or gifts I just streamed are missing. Click Refresh first. Reports data comes from the server. If the bottom bar showed Status: Server unreachable during the stream, gifts from that period didn't reach the server and won't show up in Reports for now.
Can I see data older than 60 days? The list only shows the past 60 days (the page notes Last 60 days only). Export anything you want to keep long-term in time.
