Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the Service, mainly:

• Account information: your email address, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash; we never see it in plain text), nickname and avatar, plus temporary tokens for email verification and password resets.
• Subscription information: the activation codes you redeem, plan type, activation date and expiry date.
• Device and usage information: a device identifier generated by the client, device name, computer name, operating system and version, CPU architecture, client version, launch times, sign-in times and sign-in IP address.
• Live connection information: platform identifiers of the live rooms and hosts you connect, the collection route you choose, connect and disconnect times, connection duration and error details.
• Live interaction data: once you start collecting, the client receives public interactions from the live room, such as viewers’ platform IDs, nicknames and avatars, and gift, comment, like and join events. This data powers scoring, leaderboards, votes, lucky draws, check-ins and other modes; gift records, round scores, and leaderboard, check-in and lucky-draw data are synced to our servers.
• Diagnostic logs: when troubleshooting, we may ask the client to upload its local runtime logs, which mainly contain connection status, error messages and device information.
• Support communications: what you send us by email or WeChat.
• Website analytics: our website uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect pseudonymous usage data such as browser type, referring page and pages visited. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google.

We never collect your TikTok password. When you collect with Route Two, the client opens the TikTok LIVE page in an embedded browser window on your computer; that window’s cookies and browsing data stay on your device.

Payment details are handled by payment providers. We never receive or store your full card details.

How we use information

• To create and manage your account, verify your identity and send service emails such as verification codes and password resets;
• To validate activation codes and subscription terms and unlock the corresponding features;
• To connect to live rooms, run game modes, scoring and overlays, and sync data across your devices;
• To troubleshoot, keep accounts and the Service secure, and prevent abuse, account theft and fraud;
• To analyze and improve the product, for example which versions and features are used;
• To answer your inquiries, process refunds and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share information only with third parties that are necessary to provide the Service:

• Cloud hosting: our servers and installer downloads are hosted on Tencent Cloud.
• Email delivery: we send service emails such as verification codes and password resets through NetEase Mail, which processes the recipient address and message content.
• Live connection services: to establish live connections, we send the identifier of the live room you connect to a third-party connection-signing service.
• Payments: for orders placed through Creem checkout, Creem acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment, taxes and invoicing, processing your payment information under its own privacy policy. Purchases through other third-party storefronts are processed by those platforms.
• Analytics: our website uses Google Analytics.
• Legal requirements: when required by law or by judicial or administrative authorities, or when necessary to protect the rights of us, our users or the public.

Where data is stored

Our servers are located in Seoul, South Korea (Tencent Cloud). Because the Service is used worldwide, your information may be transferred to and processed outside your country or region. We protect it as described in this policy and as required by applicable law.

Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account exists. Live interaction data, connection records and diagnostic logs are kept only as long as needed to provide the Service, troubleshoot and produce statistics, and are then deleted or anonymized. After your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize the personal information associated with it, except where the law requires us to keep it (for example, transaction records).

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS for all connections, storing passwords only as hashes and restricting internal access. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please keep your password safe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access and correct your personal information, request deletion of your information or account, withdraw consent or object to certain processing, receive a copy of your data, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email streamerhub@163.com. We will respond within 30 days after verifying your identity. You can also block cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to opt out of website analytics.

Children

The Service is intended for live hosts and live-stream operation teams and is not directed to anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. We will give additional notice of material changes on our website or in the client.
