Terms of Service
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Welcome to MCA Plus. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and StreamerHub (“we”, “us”) governing your use of www.streamerhub.cn, the MCA Plus desktop client and related online services (together, the “Service”). By downloading, registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
The Service
MCA Plus is an engagement tool for TikTok LIVE. After you connect a live room, viewers’ gifts, comments, likes and other interactions drive PK battles, votes, lucky draws, leaderboards and other modes, which are output as overlays to streaming software such as OBS and TikTok LIVE Studio. The client is free to download; full functionality requires an active subscription.
Features are as provided in the current version of the client. We keep improving the Service and may add, change or retire features.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- Provide a valid email address when you register and keep your password secure. Activity under your account is treated as your own.
- If your account is compromised, email streamerhub@163.com immediately.
- You may not sell, rent or transfer your account without our consent.
Purchases and activation
- Subscriptions are offered as Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly plans with 30, 90 and 365 days of access respectively; all three include the same features. Prices are shown in the Pricing section of our website and on the checkout page, which determines the final currency, amount and taxes.
- After payment you receive an activation code, which takes effect when redeemed in the client. The term starts at redemption; if you still have an active subscription, the new days are added to it.
- All plans are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically and you will not be charged again; to keep using the Service, simply purchase again.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. For orders placed through Creem checkout, Creem is the Merchant of Record: it sells to you and issues your receipt.
- For orders paid in USD through Creem checkout, the activation code is not sent automatically: after paying, contact support by email or WeChat with the email address used at checkout, and we will send your code once the order is verified.
- Original-price protection for yearly renewals follows the “Yearly renewal terms” in the pricing section of our website.
- We may issue free trial activation codes; their duration and scope are as stated when issued.
Refunds
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the activation code has not been redeemed.
- Once an activation code is redeemed, delivery of the digital service has begun and the purchase is non-refundable, except that: we refund any duplicate charge; if the Service becomes unusable for reasons attributable to us and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, we refund the unused portion pro rata; and where applicable law requires otherwise, the law prevails.
- Free trial codes are not eligible for refunds.
- To request a refund, email streamerhub@163.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider.
Acceptable use
When using the Service you must comply with applicable laws and the rules of TikTok and other live platforms, and you must not:
- use the Service for illegal activities or to publish illegal, infringing, fraudulent, sexually explicit or violent content;
- run lucky draws, votes, predictions or similar activities in ways that violate applicable law or platform rules;
- interfere with, attack or disrupt the Service or its servers, or circumvent subscription and license checks;
- register accounts in bulk, abuse free trials, or otherwise harm us or other users.
You are responsible for how you use each mode on your streams, including scoring rules, manual score adjustments and the use of lucky-draw results, and for any promises you make to your viewers.
Third-party platforms
MCA Plus is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance or their affiliates. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner.
The Service relies on live data that platforms make publicly available. If a platform changes its interfaces, restricts access or takes action against your account, some or all features may become temporarily unavailable. We will do our best to adapt but cannot guarantee continuous availability; your platform account and streams also remain subject to the platform’s rules.
Intellectual property
Rights in the Service’s name, logos, website content, overlay assets and server software belong to us or their respective owners. The MCA Plus client source code is released under the GNU AGPL-3.0 license, which governs your rights to that code; these Terms govern accounts, subscriptions and online services.
Configurations and content you create in the Service remain yours. You grant us the license necessary to provide the Service, such as storing and syncing them and displaying them in overlays.
Changes, suspension and termination
- We may suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades or force majeure and will try to give notice in advance.
- If you breach these Terms, we may warn you, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account depending on the severity. Fees paid for accounts terminated for breach are not refunded unless the law requires otherwise.
- You may stop using the Service at any time or email us to delete your account.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that scores and statistics will be completely accurate. Live interaction data comes from third-party platforms and may be delayed, missing or duplicated; verify it yourself before using it for rewards, settlements or other important purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of stream income, gift earnings, followers or data, or penalties imposed on your platform account. Our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms and will revise the “Last updated” date on this page; we will give additional notice of material changes on our website or in the client. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the modified Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Both parties will first try to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms amicably; if that fails, either party may bring the dispute before a court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section affects the mandatory protections granted to you by the laws of your place of residence.
